Our Christmas Tree Lot will open on November 25th, 2011. This year we will have visits
from Santa, a petting zoo, live music, and more! See our trees page for times and dates.
We've set up donations this year with our local Live Oak Schools. Flyers went out to all
students and we are offering a 10% savings for the customer PLUS a 10% donation to
Green Acres Elementary, Live Oak Elementary Library, and Shoreline Middle Schools.
Customers are also welcome to make cash donations as well.

The Christmas Tree adventure began in 1992 when Adam
Furlanic opened his first tree lot in Aptos at the corner of
Park Ave. and Soquel Drive (now the home of Bay Photo).
In 1993, Christine and Adam met when she came to the
lot to purchase a Christmas Tree. Since that day, they
have been selling Christmas Trees together every year. In
1998 the lot moved two blocks North on Soquel Drive to
Monterey Ave. and was there for 4 years. From 2002-2005
they were in Aptos Village next to the Bayview Hotel. In
2006, the lot moved to Live Oak at the corner of Brommer
St. and 17th Ave. Adam and Christine were married in
1998 and now have 2 kids who go to Live Oak schools.
They enjoy volunteering and supporting Live Oak Schools,
the Live Oak Little League, and the Live Oak Resource
Center.
